Kaity Rigaud is a dedicated Legal Nurse Consultant with over 12 years of diverse clinical, education, and healthcare quality experience, bringing both compassion and precision to every case she supports. Her clinical background spans medical-surgical nursing, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), travel nursing, telephone triage, nursing education, infection control, healthcare quality and compliance, and patient safety and fall prevention training—providing her with a comprehensive, real-world understanding of patient care across multiple specialties and care settings.
Kaity earned her nursing degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical excellence and patient-centered care. She has also completed advanced graduate-level coursework toward a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Nursing Informatics through Aspen University. This training enhances her ability to navigate complex electronic health records, identify subtle documentation inconsistencies, and analyze data patterns that are often critical in litigation and case evaluation.
She combines this extensive clinical breadth and informatics expertise to provide attorneys with thorough, evidence-based medical record reviews and clear, litigation-ready reports. Known for her keen attention to detail, Kaity excels at identifying deviations from standards of care, clarifying timelines of care, establishing causation, and recognizing system-level failures—often bringing clarity to complex cases and helping legal teams build stronger, more efficient case strategies.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kaity played a key role in infection prevention and outbreak mitigation efforts, earning both Employee of the Month and Employee of the Quarter in 2021 for her leadership, adaptability, and impact in high-risk clinical environments.
A Colorado native and former competitive cheerleader, Kaity brings energy, discipline, and a team-oriented mindset to both her professional and personal life. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling the world with her husband, Jon—her high school sweetheart of over 11 years—and caring for their beloved pets: Addie (dog) and Dexter (cat).

Kayleigh Bloom is a seasoned nursing professional with 13 years of experience including both clinical and ambulatory care. A graduate of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Kayleigh has spent her career cultivating both clinical expertise and the critical thinking skills that now define her work as a Legal Nurse Consultant.
Her diverse nursing background includes experience in step-down ICU and telemetry units, where she cared for medically complex patients requiring continuous monitoring and coordinated multidisciplinary care. She has also provided pediatric home healthcare services, developing strong family-centered care skills while managing the unique needs of pediatric patients. In acute inpatient rehabilitation, Kayleigh specialized in caring for patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), gaining valuable insight into recovery processes, functional outcomes, and long-term care considerations. Additionally, her experience in triage nursing strengthened her ability to rapidly assess clinical situations, prioritize patient needs, and identify critical issues requiring prompt intervention.
With a strong foundation in patient care and medical documentation, Kayleigh brings clarity and precision to even the most intricate cases. She excels at reviewing medical records, identifying deviations from standards of care, and transforming complex medical information into clear, actionable insights. Whether assisting with case analysis, chronologies, or medical record review, she approaches each project with diligence, integrity, and a touch of wit that makes collaboration both effective and enjoyable.
Outside of her professional life, Kayleigh is deeply rooted in Colorado, where she has lived for over 25 years. She finds joy in the outdoors, often spending her free time hiking and exploring the natural beauty of the region. At home, she is a devoted mother to her spirited four-year-old daughter. She also shares her life with her husband, two dogs, and a cat, ensuring there is never a dull moment. Balancing career, family, and a love for adventure, Kayleigh brings the same energy and authenticity to her personal life as she does to her work.

A Friendship 25 Years in the Making
Our collaboration began long before Legal Nurse Consulting. We met in the 7th grade in English class. For the past 25 years, we’ve been there for each other through every season of life, celebrating the highs, weathering the lows, and growing alongside one another. Our friendship has stood the test of time, and we’re incredibly grateful to now bring that same trust, loyalty, and genuine connection into the work we do together.
